Why "Burning Salmon"?

Back after my first year of college, a friend from high school saw a flyer about working in Alaska for salmon season and making '$12,000 this summer'. We got as far as Seattle when he chickened out and when back to St. Louis. I got a job with All Alaskan Seafoods and worked 16 hour days for 7 days a week on a salmon processing ship. At the very end of the season, we offloaded the salmon and anyone who wasn't going on to crab season and headed from King Salmon, AK to Dutch Harbor, AK. 6 hours outside of port, the ship caught fire.

I went back home, finished college, and life went on. Now that I burn wood with lasers, I thought it was a good name.
